How revexos.com is organized

revexos.com is a learning hub for lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash (Q2C): the path from a lead to cash in the bank and revenue on the books. It teaches how to turn messy quoting, invoicing and collections processes into working systems with automation and AI, and shows the projects behind that knowledge. Each section of the site does one job. This page explains each one and how they link together.

Written for contributors, partners, and anyone trying to find their way around the site. Live site: revexos.com · Updated October 2026.

Everything hangs off the lead-to-cash cycle

Seven stages are the site's shared vocabulary. Every blog post, platform page and tool is mapped to one of them, and each stage has its own hub page that gathers the posts and tools for that step. revexos.com/lead-to-cash

LeadCapturing and qualifying demand

Six content types, six jobs

A reader meets the same problem in different forms depending on what they need right now: an explanation, a tool, a playbook, or proof that it works.

Platform pages

Most readers start from the software they already use. Each platform page explains where that system fits in the cycle, where it usually breaks, and gathers everything on the site about it in one place. revexos.com/platforms

Platforms covered

CategoryPlatforms
AccountingQuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books
CRMHubSpot, Salesforce
ERPNetSuite, SAP
Billing and paymentsStripe, Zuora
Workflow automationn8n, Make.com, Zapier
AI modelClaude

What every platform page includes

  1. One-line summary and stagesWhat the system is and which stages it owns. Automation and AI tools cover the whole cycle.
  2. Where it fitsIts role next to the rest of the stack.
  3. What breaksThe common failure points: sync gaps, mismatched records, manual steps.
  4. Builds that used itThe automation builds from the projects page that ran on this platform.
  5. Posts covering itBlog posts that discuss the platform in depth.
  6. FAQs and related platformsQuick answers, plus the systems it is usually paired with.

Rule of thumb: a post is linked from a platform page when it mentions that platform three or more times, so the page only lists posts that cover the platform properly.

Free tools

Each tool handles one task in the browser, usually with no signup. A tool is the practical partner of a blog post: the post explains the task, the tool does it. Every tool also explains the method behind the result, with worked examples and FAQs. revexos.com/tools

AI and SaaS pricing tracker

28 products across AI assistants, model APIs, AI in work apps, AI media and billing software. Each vendor's pricing page is checked weekly; every price or packaging change is logged with a date, and each product page compares it with the others in its category. revexos.com/ai-pricing-tracker

The generators connect: a proposal or quote turns into an invoice with the same line items, and a PO can pre-fill an invoice. Together they make a free, end-to-end quote-to-invoice stack.

Automation builds

Order to cash 7 builds on the core work: invoice and PO parsing, invoice generation, payment reconciliation, dispute management, end-to-end AR, order fulfilment, and AI knowledge bases on financial data.

All builds 13 more covering related automation: cold email and calling, lead generation, content pipelines, AI agents, CRM and data sync, reporting, and infrastructure.

Each build shows the before, the after, the stack, how it works and the results. A toggle on the projects page switches between the two groups.

Editorial principles

  • Teach, don't sell. Content pages end with the next thing to learn or try, not a sales pitch. Content that genuinely helps gets cited.
  • Deep and specific. Named tools, real workflows, real numbers, worked examples. No generic overviews.
  • Written for search engines and AI assistants. Clear questions, direct answers, structured FAQs, and an llms.txt index.
  • Plain, direct prose. No filler.
  • Everything is connected. Posts, platforms, tools and projects link to each other around the lead-to-cash stages.
